1. Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Perishable items (like teas, coffee, or food products) are non-returnable for safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
6. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
