• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We offer standard shipping for all orders within the U.S.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount—please check our promotions.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can use this number to track your package online.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

• We hope to expand internationally in the future.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Alba & Earth is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
